A $75 volunteer fee is included in the base registration fee of $350 for Pre K/K and the 1st/2nd grade division or $400 for all other divisions. To receive reimbursement for this $75 a variety of volunteer activities may be performed during the season. Once the volunteer activity has been completed the 2018 Season Volunteer Reimbursement Form must be completed and returned to SRVGAL.
The form must be verified and signed by a coach for the team parent, scorekeeper or field prep volunteer jobs. For special event jobs this form must be signed by the event coordinator. Please note that team volunteer services (team parent, scorekeeper and field prep) will be paid at the end of the softball season.
The payment schedule for reimbursement is as follows:
- Volunteer October 1 – December 31 = payment by January 31
- Volunteer January 1 – March 31 = payment by April 30
- Volunteer April 1 – June 15 = payment by July 31
Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches & Board Members will receive reimbursement at the end of the season.
Any board member who has more than one daughter in the league will be reimbursed $75 for each daughter participating in the league. No form needed.
